PARS PRO TOTO
Pars Pro Toto (LPT) is an independent Dance Theatre, directed by Lára Stefánsdóttir. Although dance is the main focus point in the works by PPT, the aim is to combine different art forms, such as music, visual arts, film, acting, writing etc. PPT does some curious experimental productions, searching for new forms, performances which insists on open minds and senses rather than conventional logical thoughts. Besides, performing in Iceland, PPT has performed at art festivals world wide, f.ex. in Berlin, Stuttgart, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Baltic countries, South Africa, Avignon, Japan and Bulgaria.
