The extravaganza dance work “Sisters” is a roller coaster ride through the imagination and reality of two women. Dealing with lust, sensation, penises, guilt, believe, hope, love, life, death, tension, transformations. Sisters is full of life and energy, challenges and humour. It received outstanding critical reviews when premiered on stage in Iceland in 2008, and was nominated for the Icelandic annual theatre awards. The performance includes text written by an award winning writer, Hrafnhildur Hagalín.

Sisters premiered in Iðnó theatre in 2008 and has since then been performed worldwide, f.ex. SiDance Festival S-Korea and Panama, Iceland. Produced by Lara Pro Toto dance theatre.
